Terms and Conditions

These terms are between you and Rishabh Bhardwaj, trading as CommentOnMyPost ("we", "us", the "Service"). By accessing or using CommentOnMyPost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

CommentOnMyPost generates draft social media comments based on post text and options you provide. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan or credit balance you hold.

You must not misuse the Service. That includes:

• unlawful use, fraud, or spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfering with the Service's security, including malware, probing, or scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service;
• circumventing credit limits or other technical limits.

The Service uses generative AI. You are responsible for the post text and instructions you submit, for having the rights to that input, and for reviewing every generated comment before you use it. Generated comments may be inaccurate, may not reflect real people's opinions, and are not suitable as professional advice in regulated fields without human review.

You must not use generated comments to:

• create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, or malware;
• run automated mass posting, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or fake engagement campaigns;
• impersonate real people or mislead audiences.

You own the comments generated from your input, subject to these terms and applicable law. If a rights holder believes generated content infringes their rights, they can contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the content. Repeated infringement may lead to suspension. We may moderate content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You grant us a limited licence to host and process the text you submit solely to operate the Service. We do not retain your submitted posts or generated comments beyond what is needed to serve your request.

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, and CommentOnMyPost branding. These terms grant you no rights to them except the limited right to use the Service.

The Service is currently free: 10 comments per day without an account, and 100 comments per day with a free account. We may introduce paid plans or higher limits in the future; if we do, the payment, billing, and refund terms will be published on this site before any charge is taken. Our refund terms are in the Refund Policy on this site.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
